This policy covers all use of Wan 3.0, including prompts, uploaded or reference media, generated or edited results, account activity, and API requests.

Do not request, upload, generate, edit, or share:

• NSFW material, nudity or semi-nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive, fetish, or escort content.
• Any sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors.
• Intimate depictions without consent, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of real people without permission.
• Illegal content, hate, violent extremism, threats, or targeted harassment.
• Material that enables fraud or violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Do not:

• Evade content safeguards, account restrictions, payment controls, or usage limits.
• Submit copyrighted or private material without the necessary rights or consent.
• Use the service to deceive, impersonate, exploit, or defame others.
• Scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or automate the service without authorization.

We may reject requests, remove content, or restrict account access for violations. Repeated misuse or attempts to evade restrictions may lead to permanent suspension. Account and billing consequences are governed by our Terms of Service.
