Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the Service, and limited information received from providers that help us operate Wan 3.0.
- Account and authentication information: when you sign in with Google, we receive information such as your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication records needed to maintain your sign-in. We also maintain account and session identifiers, sign-in and expiry times, IP address, and user-agent information.
- Prompts and media: prompts, negative prompts, generation mode and settings, seeds, aspect ratio, duration, resolution, uploaded reference images, source videos, and other content you submit for processing.
- Generation records: task and video identifiers, status, errors, generated-video locations, outputs, and generation history associated with your account.
- Billing and credits: Anyway order, product, payment-link, customer, and merchant-reference identifiers; payment status; plan; transaction amount and currency; credit grants, adjustments, balance, and purchase history. Anyway processes payment details through its hosted checkout; Wan 3.0 does not receive full card numbers or wallet secrets. We may retain legacy Stripe identifiers for historical transactions and existing subscriptions during the migration.
- Usage, device, communications, and security information: page or feature interactions, conversion events, request and task timestamps, browser and device information, IP address, user agent, errors, session information, support messages, and derived or hashed indicators used to detect abuse.
How we use information
We use information to operate, protect, support, and improve the Service.
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process uploaded media and generation requests, deliver generated videos, and maintain account history.
- Operate subscriptions and credit purchases, maintain balances, issue credits or refunds, and reconcile payment events.
- Moderate prompts, enforce usage rules, protect accounts, investigate incidents, and prevent fraud or coordinated signup-credit abuse.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Service, including understanding feature use and purchase conversions.
- Respond to support, privacy, billing, and other service-related inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of users, SOFTWARE GRID LLC, and others.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information to providers and other recipients when needed for the purposes described in this policy. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy terms.
- Google provides account authentication and processes information involved in Google sign-in.
- Anyway processes new checkout, payments, orders, refunds, and related fraud-prevention information. Stripe may continue processing historical transactions and pre-existing subscriptions during the migration.
- MuleRouter and its underlying CarrotHub model provider process video-generation requests. They may receive prompts, generation parameters, and links to uploaded media, and return task status and generated results.
- When moderation applies, OpenRouter and its underlying model provider may receive the generation mode, prompt, and negative prompt to classify whether the request involves children, minors, or childlike characters.
- Cloudflare R2 stores temporary uploads and, where applicable, archived generated-video files. Media is delivered through hard-to-guess public file URLs. Anyone with a media URL may access it while the object remains stored, so do not share these URLs.
- Google Ads and the site analytics service hosted at web.filein.org may process page, device, referral, identifier, and conversion information to measure Service usage and advertising performance.
- Authorized administrators may access account, billing, prompt, generation, safety, and fraud information when needed for support, operations, security, or enforcement.
- We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our agreements.
Data retention
Media uploaded to temporary Cloudflare R2 storage is scheduled for automatic removal after 7 days under our storage lifecycle configuration.
Account, generation, prompt, output, credit, payment, moderation, support, security, and fraud records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain transaction and account integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Paid-user output files may be archived in R2, while provider-hosted output links may expire. Download any output you need to preserve.
Information stored in your browser remains until you clear the applicable history, draft, or site data, or until your browser removes it. Following a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify information where required, except for records we must retain for legitimate security, transaction, dispute, or legal purposes.
Automated moderation and fraud prevention
Automated prompt moderation may classify, block, or rate-limit a generation request when it appears to involve children, minors, childlike characters, or attempts to evade that restriction.
Fraud-prevention systems may evaluate account-creation patterns, email-derived patterns, free-credit use, generation activity, prompt fingerprints, billing status, IP addresses, and user agents. Signals may be reviewed by an authorized administrator and can lead to promotional-credit forfeiture, session revocation, restrictions, suspension, or an account ban. Contact us if you believe a decision was made in error.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including account-scoped object paths, randomized file URLs, temporary-file deletion, access controls, and session protections. Public file URLs are bearer links and can be accessed by anyone who obtains them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
