How are credits used?
Standard output uses 0.5 credits per second at 480P, 1 at 720P, 2 at 1080P, 2 at 2K, or 2.5 at 4K. Faster Prime models use 1.4× these rates. Failed provider tasks are returned automatically.
When do subscription credits arrive?
Annual billing adds the full annual balance — including bonus credits — after each yearly payment. Monthly billing adds one month's credits after each monthly payment. If you choose multiple quantities, every renewal charges and grants credits at that same multiple until canceled.
Do credit packs expire?
Purchased credit-pack balances do not expire. Subscription credits also remain in your balance after they are granted.
What happens when generation fails?
Credits reserved for a failed generation are returned automatically. Provider callbacks and immediate submission errors both use idempotent refunds.
