How are credits used?
One second of 1080P Wan 2.7 generation uses 1 credit. One second at 720P uses approximately 0.61 credits. A source-length video edit reserves up to 10 seconds.
When do annual credits arrive?
All 12 months of credits are added in one grant after the annual payment succeeds. Monthly plans add one month's allowance after each successful monthly invoice.
Do credit packs expire?
Purchased credit-pack balances do not expire. Subscription credits also remain in your balance after they are granted.
What happens when generation fails?
Credits reserved for a failed generation are returned automatically. Provider callbacks and immediate submission errors both use idempotent refunds.
